[Bucardo-general] about running Bucardo4 and Bucardo5 in the same time

You will need two different Bucardo schemas, for starters. Do not 
run bucardo upgrade on the v4 version with the v5 script.

No - v4 uses a global bucardo_delta while v5 uses individual bucardo_delta_* 
tables, so that won't be an issue. But overall, mixing the two is 
not recommended.
