[Bucardo-general] MCP Cannot kick inactive sync

This usually means the sync was marked as inactive by the MCP itself. 
This can happen is the sync fails its validate_sync check, perhaps 
because of a table structure mismatch between master and slave. Check 
your logs earlier on an see if that is the case.
