[Bucardo-general] MCP Cannot kick inactive sync

I'm running into a very odd Bucardo message.  The message:

	MCP Cannot kick inactive sync "primarydelta"

appears in the log, but the sync in question seems to be active (see output of bucardo_ctl status primarydelta below).  The sync validates just fine.  Any thoughts?
