[Bucardo-general] 4.99 add sync DB error

Yep, that's the issue:

The bucardo_ctl script does not exist anymore in version 5 (and thus 4.99.x). 
It's simply named 'bucardo'. Remove bucardo_ctl completely, or perhaps do:

ln -sf /usr/local/bin/bucardo /usr/local/bin/bucardo_ctl
