[Bucardo-general] General questions on Bucardo 4.8

I continue to test with Bucardo 4.4.8 and I am very pleased on it's
speed. I have configured it to run in a Master to Slave environment
and I receive 300k – 400k worth of transaction in a burst (within 1
minute period).  Bucardo handles it quite quickly as to other
replication tools I have tried. I was surprised to see that during one
of my configuration attempts I decided to clean everything out (remove
sync, remove herd, remove tables and databases) and found that the
triggers and indexes were still setup on the tables. This is quickly
removed but was wonder why they should remain?  Do I need to do
something in bucardo_ctl to remove them? Also, I will be moving Bucardo
to production shortly and will need to document its processes in regards
to the database and schema's Buracdo uses.  Is there any architecture
overview  or overall processing flow that Bucardo uses at the database
object level that I can review and use?
