This is a safety measure, as there could still be other syncs accessing
those tables, and on triggers means a window of not catching changes.
The canonical way is to simply drop the triggers manually, or just drop
the bucardo schema to remove everything. Ideally someone would write a
tool/function to remove such things, and make an interface to bucardo_ctl
for it.

I think there are some things on the wiki and perhaps a blog post or two,
but no overall architectural overview. At this point, I doubt there will
be one written for Bucardo 4, but we will try to get one written for
Bucardo 5.
