Yep, that's the problem.

What exact version is this (three numbers)? This is not related to 
serialization, but simply a bug concerning the q table via 
'qcheck' and 'qcheckaborted'. The controller thinks a valid 
entry already exists, but it should have got marked as aborted 
at some point.
