[Bucardo-general] kid doesn't start after the serialization failure

This is 4.5.0 being upgraded from 4.4.8 via bucardo_ctl upgrade:

bucardo at blade:~$ bucardo_ctl show bucardo_current_version bucardo_version
bucardo_current_version = 4.5.0
bucardo_version         = 4.4.8
