[Bucardo-general] Problem with password - fresh install

I do not recall any such changes offhand, but 4.4.0 is pretty old; you 
might try a manual install of 4.4.8 and see if the problem goes 
away. If not, I would certainly call this a bug we need to fix ASAP.
