Those warnings are not important at the moment. We need to focus on:

Hm...can you crank up the Bucardo logging and send what is happening? 
Alternatively, bump the logging on the Postgres server to log_statement='all'.
We need to see exactly what the DELETE statement and the COPY statement 
that follows it are doing.
