[Bucardo-general] Is there a way to reduce the load (IOs) on master with bucardo

It's really hard to diagnose from afar, but the newer version of Bucardo 
is much more efficient, and it has more knobs to control things which 
may be useful for reducing load. I'd spend your energy on getting 
HEAD to work rather than that old version, to be honest. :)
