I'm not sure - I know we did some adjustments post 4.4.0 to force things 
to GMT everywhere, which might fix the problem you are seeing. But 4.4.0 
is pretty old, so your best bet is to simply try out a newer version. 
If it does still break, we definitely want to know about it. :)
