Are you sure? -- Both databases are idle, but bucado has stopped the 
entire replication due to this error, since more than 24 hours now!

Yes, I know. But I am too lazy to develop our "sync only primary keys" 
patch against a later version. When I've looked at the latest stable 
version, the bug was still there, and our patch did not work anymore.

Anyway, 4.x should be mature enough imho.
