Yes. Triggers need to track which rows are enabled. Even if you 
shift the triggers to the master, Bucardo still needs to write 
to certain tables so it knows which rows have been replicated.

(It's possible Bucardo may gain the ability to use the logical 
new log streaming feature in the future and thus avoid source 
triggers, but that will have its own tradeoffs and limitations.)
