[Bucardo-general] Bucardo sync aborts on CentOS 6.6

Looks like the MCP was trying to signal the CTL process, because 
it got a deactivate_sync request. Is something maybe trying to do 
a "reload sync" after startup? If not, try changing the log level 
to debug ("bucardo set log_level=debug"), restarting, and sending 
those logs in.
