[Bucardo-general] Error with the VAC running purge_delta over a not synched table

Sorry for the follow up

bucardo version is 5.60. It begins to happen after upgrade  postgresql to
version 9.6 and postgis 2.5. The upgrade process was like

# update roles

pg_dump -N public -U postgres -f bucardo.sql bucardo
psql -p 5433 -d bucardo -f bucardo.sql

pg_dump -Fc -b -f mydb.dump mydb
perl /usr/share/postgresql/9.6/contrib/postgis-2.5/postgis_restore.pl
mydb.dump" | psql -p 5433 -d mydb 2> /tmp/errors.txt
```
