[Bucardo-general] General Issues Regaring Initial Setup

Hi Rodrigo,
I saw some projects in which the install process is automated. This
<https://hub.docker.com/r/plgr/bucardo/dockerfile> Dockerfile is an example
of an automated installation of bucardo.
