[check_postgres] check_postgres_query_time - Getting "invalid query returned" more often now

Bingo! It doesn't explain why we are not getting better error messages,
but it definitely would cause the action to fail. I just committed a
change to handle such numbers properly, and rolled it out as version 2.3.3.
