[check_postgres] 2.8.0 ready for testing - need your help!

Tested against pgsql 8.3.7 and 8.4beta1 with the same results in each
case. Several perlcritic tests failed because I didn't have various
Perl::Critic::Policy pages installed.

fsm_pages and fsm_relations tests were skipped against 8.4beta1;
presumably this is intentional, and made me smile :)
