[check_postgres] Backends check sent wrong error message?

Ah, got it now. The inclusion means it passes the first regex check, but
then no matching rows are found due to the inclusion. I jut pushed a new
version that should fix this, with the caveat (in the docs) that it will
happily report "success" if you include a misspelled database name. :)
