[check_postgres] bloat fix for dbname

Hello,

the change on check_bloat introduce a bug when connecting via dbservice : the 
db{dbname} is undefined or empty.
And there was probably a typo in the code : $db{dbname}.schema.$table
It should be $schema I hope (so my patch correct this too)

I have patch it (see bloat.diff).
