[TNM] log_line_prefix not working (I think)

That is one ugly prefix. :) Do you really need to mix syslog and 
log_line_prefix like that? I'm also confused as to the above: 
is the database nydbprod1 or tmc? Is the user postgres or appuser2?

Probably just needs some special tweaking in the regexes. The syslog 
stuff has always been a little tricky. I will try to get to it 
soon. Would be nice if someone could make it into a failing 
test file.
