Sure, Bucardo is fine for that.

You can tell Bucardo to ignore certain tables, and you can use what's called a
"customselect" to replicate only certain records from a particular table.

Bucardo's pretty good at working around table constraint problems.

I'd try Bucardo 5. It's pretty stable, and should be fine for your purposes.
