[Bucardo-general] Bucardo on OpenSUSE or SLES12-15

Greetings
Previously we've used Ubuntu, and installing Bucardo was fairly simple. We've switched to using SUSE SLES12 and SLES15 for production servers.
We've had some difficulty installing the prerequisites for bucardo on SLES or OpenSUSE.
Do you have any installation instructions for SUSE versions? Especially the repository and command-line install commands.
